Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Place one slice of bread on a baking tray. Layer with cheese and salami.
Whisk egg yolk with milk and pour over the cheese and salami.
Season with a pinch of salt and sprinkle dried parsley on top.
Cover with the second slice of bread and bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
