Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 glass of milk 100 milliliters
  • 1/4 cup butter 30 grams
  • 1.1 pounds of potatoes 500 grams
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Garlic chopped
  • Oil for sautéing
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Rosemary to taste
  • 0.5 pounds of ground beef 250 grams
  • 1 bunch of spring onions chopped
  • 1/2 glass of butter 60 grams
  • 1 glass of cream 200 milliliters
  • 1 bunch of parsley chopped
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Flour for coating
  • 2 glasses of sunflower oil 400 milliliters, for frying

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the Base: Eggs and Milk
  • Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
  • Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Pour in half a glass of milk and whisk until well combined.
  • Adding Flavor: Spices and Herbs
  • Mix in oregano, chopped garlic, and a touch of rosemary.
  • Cooking the Ground Beef:
  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart while cooking until browned.
  • Incorporating Fresh Ingredients:
  • Wash and finely chop the spring onions.
  • Melt 1/2 glass of butter in a separate pan and sauté the spring onions.
  • Adding Cream and Parsley:
  • Pour in the cream and stir gently to combine.
  • Add chopped parsley for freshness and color.
  • Final Seasoning:
  • Grate a small amount of nutmeg into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
  • Frying the Mixture:
  • Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Coat the potato and meat mixture with flour.
  • Fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
